Lupita – Charing Cross

We went to Lupita after my friends and I had met for drinks, then realised that it was later than we thought, and some food was in order.

Itsu – Regent Street

Itsu’s motto is health and happiness and that is exactly what it delivers, in my eyes. The calming atmosphere is created with the help of its beautiful orchids, spacious dining area, booths, and the pink and brown decor.

Teaopia – Mississauga, Canada

Usually, I don’t review take away coffee/tea shops. But I was so impressed with Teaopia, that I felt that it deserved to be reviewed! Teaopia is a tea shop with a section that sells take away teas. They had a range of teas and I was interested by the tea cocktails. These were hot drinks…

Lobby Lounge at Montcalm Hotel – Marble Arch

Montcalm Hotel has utilised the lobby into an afternoon tea area! It also has a restaurant towards the back of the lobby. There were big flower displays including vases of orchids. It was a little chilly as the seating is next to the main entrance of the hotel.

Randa (Maroush) – Kensington High Street

Randa is part of the Maroush chain of Lebanese restaurants. This restaurant has a spiral staircase which leads to the upper level. A selection of mezza made up our meal.

Pizza Express Makeover!

Pizza Express is undergoing a real change at the moment! Pizza Express in Richmond recently opened its newly refurbished restaurant.

Raoul’s Cafe – Little Venice

Raoul’s Cafe is definitely the place to come┬áto for Sunday brunch. The cafe was so busy and full when we went there on this particular Sunday. We thought that we would be waiting a really long time for a table. So we were pleasantly surprised when we were seated within five or so minutes.

A La Crepe – Stockholm (Sodermalm)

A La Crepe is a lovely place to come for pancakes, sweet and savoury. The seats were surrounded by patterned cushions against huge windows. It’s nice that on a hot day that they fully open these windows.
