What is a Bistro?
A Bistro is simply a small informal restaurant or bar. We use the term Bistro on our website to describe somewhere that offers both coffee and hot food. These are places where you can choose to simply sit and drink a coffee for example or eat a hot meal as well, with no pressure. Restaurants are categorised on this website as a place where you are obliged to purchase a meal with or without your drink and of course Cafes are just Cafes!
