I have recently joined the Woodlands Marketing Team, and I’m dealing with all the feedback that we receive from our guests online. I found your article on the Internet, while browsing, and what a nice surprise it was!

Actually, our Hampstead branch has been through a big change, since the management and new additions to our menu. A delightful Cocktail and Mocktail list has been added, and it has been superbly received from our patrons. Very soon, we will add our Special Sunday Brunch (North and South Indian) at very reasonable prices, including Lassi!

Hello! great website. I also pass comment, not much more, on all the cafes etc that I visit on my walks, mainly around Northern England. There’s nothing worse than poor customer service or tea served in a mug with a teabag still in it! Keep it up, Richard

A quick note based on your comments re. table-service. We are, in fact, a quick-service restaurant franchise with 5 locations (and counting) and none of them have table service. This is done for a number of reasons including keep costs in line, therefore lowering prices for our customers and expediting service for our customers so they are able to get their food quickly.

I’m not sure if that makes a difference for your overall impression, but I thought I would share that with you!
