Looked nice from the outside. Staff were a bit rude, considering the high pricing (almost as high as Pret!). Quality of the products wasn't great, more like Sainsburys sandwiches. The coffee I had tasted awful, the milk was really hot and ruined the coffee taste. I think they use the same coffee as Wetherspoons, so no great quality there either.
