Salvador and Amanda is a Spanish restaurant focussing on tapas. It has more of a bar like informal environment. There are small booth sections on the raised levels. The little white washed alcoves have cushioned seating and small buffets.

Sea Fish – Angel
It has been a while since the Rate My Bistro team have been out together to review a place. Normally, we may just head to one of our many favourite places. This time, fish and chips was the food of choice for a late lunch.

Hiba Express – Holborn
Hiba Express always seemed to me that it was a takeaway place. This is the impression that I got from its name or maybe because at a quick glance, it looks like a really small eatery. But this is definitely not the case. It is a proper restaurant and it also does takeaways.
Giovanni Rana Ristorante- Regents Place
Catching up with friends is always special even if it is only manageable at times for a weekday lunch. Hence, for this lunchtime, it needed to be somewhere central.
The Gate – Angel
Sometimes, we take it for granted when we live close to our friends. The regular meet ups, popping over to each other’s houses and going for that cup of tea. But when they move away to a different area, then it makes us realise how much we miss those casual get togethers.
La Locanda del Tempio – Rome (Trevi Fountain)
After making our wishes with our coins at the beautiful Trevi Fountain, it was time for dinner. Not far from this large Baroque fountain was where La Locanda del Tempio was located.
Joe Allen – Covent Garden
If you didn’t know that Joe Allen was along this very small quiet side street, it would not be the obvious place to look for a restaurant. It is hidden away from the all the main restaurants in Covent Garden.
