It had been a fair few years since we had had chance to have an Afternoon Tea together. The Afternoon Tea at Rails is a quirky and tasty one as it is Harry Potter themed. The reason for this is that Rails is located close to Platform 9 and 3/4 in Kings Cross which is mentioned in the Harry Potter books and movies.
