The pancakes here are big and definitely enough to share between two people. They are different to the traditional french crepes, the ones that are folded into triangles. These pancakes are as big as the plate and reminds me a little of pizza. The toppings are mixed into the pancake mixture and then cooked.

I’ve only ever had the vegetarian pancake and the potato wedges. Both were really good and surprisingly filling.

If you have room for dessert, then there is a whole range of more pancakes. A warning, these pancakes are the same size as the savoury ones. I’ve had the sweet pancake which had chunky apples slices, cinnamon and was topped off with ice cream. Its hard to say whether I prefer the sweet pancakes to the savoury ones.

If you still have a sweet tooth after that, they also do great ice cream milkshakes. This restaurant is usually very busy on Shrove Tuesday so making a reservation is recommended.
