Apple Banana Oats

These baked oats can be eaten as breakfast, dessert or as a snack. A touch of cinnamon could also be added.

Recipe (sugar free, oil free):
Serves 1,
Oats – 4tbsp
Fat free plain yogurt – 2tbsp
Apple grated – 1/2
Banana mashed – 1tbsp
Raisins – 1/2tbsp
Almonds chopped – 3
Baking powder – 1/4tsp
Lemon juice – few drops

Oven temperature 200°C
Air fryer temperature 200°C

Mix all of the ingredients together. Place into an ovenproof dish. Cover with foil and bake for 13 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 2 minutes so that the top is golden.
