Il Pezzo di Giuseppe was situated in a lively part of Madrid with the area having a good atmosphere in the evening. This restaurant had outdoor seating in the piazza.

Arabesque – Swiss Cottage
An early movie meant that was plenty of time for dinner afterwards. Around Swiss Cottage, there seems to be a limited amount of places to dine. Most of them are more towards Finchley Road such as Zizzi and Sprinkles Gelato.
South West Bistrot Ramblas Lounge – Toulouse
At certain times of the year, the South West restaurant is closed and the same menu is served in the sister eatery of the South West Lounge.
Dishoom – Kings Cross
What can be better than seeing a movie with friends? When it then becomes a dinner outing to complete the day. Luckily for us, Kings Cross has an array of restaurants including Dishoom.
Federale – Lugano
As Lugano is situated close to the Italian border, it does feel like you are in Italy and not in Switzerland. It still has the beautiful views of the mountains and lakes. There are plenty of piazzas, fountains, quaint streets, restaurants, gelato places and shops that make up Lugano.
La Lluna – Muswell Hill
An impromptu weekday evening out led us to dinner at La Lluna. It had come at the right time as when a day has been a bit of a trying one, the time with special close friends helps wonders.
Cafe Rouge – Oxford
Cafe Rouge had a European feel to it. There was the classic red and dark wooden theme with big etched mirrors on the wall. Huge windows could be opened on a hot day and hence there would be plenty of fresh air coming into the restaurant.
Van Speyk – Amsterdam
Van Speyk was extremely busy. It was lucky to be able to get a table quickly after intially being told that there was a 40 minute wait.
Ginza Onodera – Mayfair
Tucked away in Mayfair is where this Japanese restaurant is located. It gives the chance to take time out from the busy surrounding areas of Piccadilly. On arriving at Ginza Onodera, I was taken downstairs into the restaurant area as the entrance level is the bar area.
