Balsamic Chicken Traybake

Traybakes are convenient just like this chicken one where everything is cooked together in the oven.

Recipe (oil free, salt free):
Serves 3,
Chicken thighs on the bone, skinless – 6
New potatoes sliced – 7
Cauliflower florets – 5
Sprouts – 10
Pepper, cut into chunks – 1/2
Broccoli florets – 5
Onion, cut into chunks – 1
Parsnip, thickly sliced – 1
Carrot, thickly sliced – 1
Green beans – 5
Cherry tomatoes, halved – 8
Mushrooms halved – 6
Garlic cloves – 6
Fresh thyme sprigs – 4
Smoked paprika – 3tsp
Dried oregano – 3tsp
Balsamic vinegar – 5tbsp

Oven temperature 200°C
Mix all of the ingredients together. Put everything into a baking tray, apart from the chicken. Nestle the chicken pieces on top of the vegetables. Roast for 50 to 55 minutes until the chicken and vegetables are cooked.
