This chutney has a nutty taste and texture due to the crushed daria. The daria could be substituted with roasted chickpeas.
Recipe (salt free, oil free):
Serves 2,
Roasted unsalted daria, skins removed – 1/2 cup
Garlic clove crushed – 1
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Fat free plain yogurt – 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander chopped – handful
In a food processor, blend the daria so that they chopped finely, but not to a powder. Mix with the garlic, cumin powder, yogurt and fresh coriander.
