Hot Chocolate Custard Sauce

Two hot chocolate powders are combined to flavour the custard sauce. This version uses the sticky toffee pudding powder and peanut butter powder. Extra hot chocolate powder can be added if you want it to be sweeter.

Recipe (low sugar):
Serves 1,
Almond milk – 250ml
Cornflour – 1tbsp
Decaf coffee granules – 1/4tsp
Whittard sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate powder – 1/4tsp
Whittard peanut butter hot chocolate powder – 1/4tsp
Vanilla paste – 1tsp

Mix together the hot chocolate powders, coffee and cornflour. Slowly mix in the milk and vanilla paste. Keep stirring to make the mixture smooth. Heat the custard mixture on a medium heat. Continuously stir until the milk becomes thicker. If the mixture is not smooth, then blend.
