Herby Spiced Flatbreads

These simple flatbreads are flavoured with dried herbs and spices.

Recipe (salt free, oil free):
Makes 2 small flatbreads,
Spelt flour – 3tbsp
Rye flour – 2tbsp
Baking powder – 1/4tsp
Cracked black pepper – pinch
Smoked paprika – 1/4tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/4tsp
Dried mint – 1/4tsp
Fat free plain yogurt – 2tbsp

Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Add the yogurt and bring the mixture together into a dough. Split the dough into two. Roll the dough out so that it is roughly 1/2cm thick. Cook uncovered on medium heat in a dry frying pan. Cook on each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
