Pumpkin Spice Baked Oats


The blended oats make these baked oats have a cake like texture.

Recipe (salt free, oil free, sugar free):
Serves 2,

Pumpkin spice mix:
Ground cinnamon – 1/4 cup
Ground ginger – 2tsp
Ground nutmeg – 2tsp
Allspice – 2tsp
Ground cloves – 1tsp
Cardamom powder – 1tsp

Oats – 1/2 cup
Ella’s Kitchen apples, carrots, parsnips puree – 1 pouch 120g
Egg – 1
Baking powder – 1/2tsp
Pumpkin spice – 1tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4tsp
Pear chopped – 1/4
Apple chopped – 1/4

Oven temperature 180°C
Air fryer temperature 180°C

Make the pumpkin spice mix by combining all of the spices together.
Blend all of the ingredients together apart from the apple and pear. Split the mixture into 2 small dishes. Top each of the dishes with the apple and pear. Cover the dishes with foil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes. For the air fryer, bake for 25 minutes, taking the foil off after 22 minutes.
