Rose water and chocolate come together in these moreish little bites.
Recipe (low sugar, oil free):
Ground oats – 1/3 cup
Almond milk – 25ml
Rose water – 1/2tsp
Sweet Freedom choc shot sauce – 1tbsp
Toasted coconut flakes – 2tbsp
Add all of the ingredients, apart from the coconut flakes, to a pan. Cook on a low heat for 5 minutes until the milk has been absorbed. Let the mixture cool slightly. Roll the mixture into small walnut size balls. Coat in the coconut flakes. Let them chill in the fridge for an hour.
